.4 miles from the Courthouse. As far as Korean cuisine goes, Blossom Tree has it down in terms of quality, presentation and authenticity (with a few twists).  The food here rivals almost any Korean joint on Buford Highway and features an extensive selection of hard-to-find dishes.  Bibimbap (a rice dish with vegetables and meat in a spicy sauce) is offered with the traditional beef but you can also get it with fried tofu covered in a housemade sweet and spicy barbecue sauce.  In addition to a variety of rice and noodle dishes, there’s also Kimbap–similar to sushi but filled with a variety of cooked meats including beef, tuna and fish cake.  Other Korean specialties include Topbokki (a bowl filled with fish cakes, rice cakes and cabbage in a spicy sauce) and Tonkatsu (fried pork with housemade sauce over rice).  There are an array of side dishes including Kimchi (of course), Mandoo (Korean dumplings) and Mahttang (sliced sweet potatoes).  Blossom Tree also pays homage to the recent Korean taco craze (an American-born invention) with a lineup of tacos ranging from the aforementioned beef and tofu to shrimp, calamari and grilled pork with kimchi.  To make up for the fairly long walk (you definitely don’t want to try driving here from court), service is quick and easy.  This is, by far, downtown Atlanta’s most ambitious Korean eatery and definitely worth trekking the extra few blocks to Woodruff Park.
